Changing the perception of the recruitment industry

Our Story

Headquartered in London, Talent Analytics was founded with one key goal – to positively change the perception of the recruitment industry. How we would do that by making real-time candidate, client, and employee experience data readily available for all recruitment businesses.

Enabling recruitment businesses to accurately understand more about the experiences they were creating with candidates and clients was the clear first step. The second was consulting with experts across the industry to build a platform that can intuitively guide them on how best to improve.

Having gained both support and funding from some of the most well-known recruitment leaders in the UK, work started in early 2022. Now in our second year, our first product CX Pro is actively being utilized by some of the leading agencies in the UK.

Julian began his career as an exec recruiter before moving into senior sales and marketing roles within tech startups in the UK and Australia. Passionate about changing the perception of the recruitment industry, Julian founded Talent Analytics is 2022 having gained support from a number of high profile recruitment investors.

Amay is a highly experienced full-stack developer and solutions architect who has held director level roles at both EY and Deloitte within People Services divisions, managing teams of 30+ engineers.
